Wow, I haven't done much in the way of dieting since my 30th birthday at the end of February. I've been helping my sis with DIY house projects (back yard, interior lighting) instead of working out. Actually feels good not to go to the gym...and I hate my shoddy little gym.

I'm ready to start-up again and get under 200lbs by the end of July. I'll do a weigh-in and body-fat update tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I acted like a big kid at my nieces birthday party last weekend and sprained my ankle playing tag in/around a bounce house emoticon Two other kids (lol) also got injured, dangerous. Not terribly bad, thank God, but I was down for a few days and I'm still wearing an Ace bandage while walking. I think I'll be good to go for walks or bike rides next week based on the speedy recovery so far.

I weighed and measured for new starting points, thankfully I haven't gained.

    Don't be so hard on yourself!! Start over the very next meal! And exercise at your own pace. No point pushing yourself so hard that you injure yourself! Just do what you can!
