This one is a Pear Pizza, I think it turned out pretty good for the first try! The mix of dijon mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar tastes good together, I might just use that plain on spinach in the future!
This one is a more traditional pizza. I did the cauliflower crust with some sauce, cheese, olives and hormel turkey pepperoni. This crust came out so good, I'm impressed! This recipe has the crust that I used for both pizzas.
**One tip that I would like to share is to use flour sack towels to squeeze the water out of the cauliflower. I used paper towels and it took forever because they kept tearing.**
