5 Changes

Yesterday I was watching a TV show and the main character suggested making five changes in your life because once you become accustomed to something, you stop changing and evolving. Since I am in college, I feel like I grow the most as a person at school and that coming home sometimes means regressing from the life I want to create for myself. Hearing the suggestion of making five changes really got me thinking. What five changes could I make?

Honestly, I am not quite sure. I am going to start looking for inspiration about what changes I could make to my life to help me grow as a person. Today, I am taking a much-needed mental health day to rest my body and my mind. Hopefully, I will think of something to make a spark in my life.

    Your changes could be based on various goals, like, read a "classic" piece of literature a year (or two) I started doing this, and love them!

    Compete in several 5k's, or a triathalon, or a half marathon... anything like that!

    hmmm... learn a new little hobby, knitting, crochet...

    take a new class?
