I am feeling better

I am still recovering from this spring cold. I slept most of the day, but I felt great this afternoon. So I took a dip in the pool. It felt great to be out in the water. I am wearing a swim suit that I got last summer and it fits much better. I have lost 14 pounds so far and I can see a difference.
I did not stay in the pool to long. I floated with a noodle and did some light water aerobics. felt great.
