I met with my new trainer today. She set up a program for me which she thinks will help me reach my goals. 4-5 days of strength training (abs every day if I wish) and 5 days of cardio (more if I want to). Now I have to get back to drinking a lot of water and tweak my diet and I should start seeing results in a couple of weeks. Wish me luck!!!
