emoticon Buddy and I walked a double walk again this am and we were back home in only 45 min, must have picked up the pace...
emoticon walked around the duck pond too

Well I made supper and checked out my plan - after the fact. I cooked up turkey tender -what a deal, I got 4 meal servings and it cost me $3... very filling. And I nuked some squash and cooked up the portabello mushrooms I got on sale yesterday too.... not really a sale, if I don't use them and they end up being tossed. I cleaned up the rest of the brown rice in fridge and had tabbouleh. Then, after checking the menu, I found the rice was "Planned" with salmon tomorrow and today was supposed to be chicken ceasar, so tomorrow will be turkey ceasar.. maybe I will make it up later, but I like to add fresh mushrooms and I don't have any..... so.. could be another distraction. But, then we could walk the duck pond and there's a store across the street...

Gotta do up my 7 veggie bags for the week too.

We went to the Miner's Museum restaurant for our book club meeting today. I made a wise choice, spinach salad, I was even considering not going till about a half hour later to I would avoid eating, but I did just fine. I didn't have desert either, but did indulge in a baking powder biscuit and some oatcakes. Came home and had some brie with fancy cookies I got yesterday.... and an apple..

so, got things to do, gotta stop procrastinating....Here's new pic of my short hairdo and Buddy

Buddy's a cutie. Love your hair. I've been putting things off all week. Now that it's Friday, I have a long list of things to do.
