Here is one of my beautiful lunches...

Yesterday's Progress:

I completed the Yoga class. I ate pretty clean. I did *not* give myself a checkmark for avoiding sugar because we went out to supper and I chose to have a half of Sprite and one fortune cookie. I LOVE fortune cookies and usually my hubby will open his and hand it over to me automatically as he doesn't love them like I do. So I had mine ripped open, read the fortune and just popped it in my mouth before I even gave much thought to the fact that that was a "sweet treat". HOWEVER, I did do something AMAZING after that:

I took his cookie that he had handed me and pushed it back across the table to him. I didn't eat it!

It's just an example I wanted to write down because even though I ate well all day and intentionally avoided the desert bar, in one split second I had eaten something against my plan because I was being unaware. Just mindless eating out of habit.

Now, I did get two checkmarks on my tracker today though. I got the flossing one and the eating something green!

I put on my clothes today and I feel so slender and shapely...

Now have I "lost any weight" - no, I don't think so, but I think what matters is that I FEEL good in my skin. I'm appreciating exactly where I am TODAY and the body that I am in that allows me to work in my garden, walk to work, complete yoga classes, play piano, and lift weights when I want to. It makes me feel quite "sassy" - in a good way!
