I have been up and down as far as weight, eating well, and exercising since my daughter was born 7 years ago. I have a hard time getting all three things just right. Consistency has not been my strength. I am good for a week or two and then bad for a week or two. This process has resulted in a slow weight gain over the last couple years. Trying to focus more on a life plan then a diet plan. I want to eat well and exercise regularly for a healthier me. Hopefully, some of this weight will come off in the process. I find logging my food and exercise does make me more reliable. Looking forward to that healthier me!
