BLC 22 Week 2 - Reflection

Down one more pound! It's been a struggle because I'm on vacation with my husband's family. I don't have much control over the food that is in the cabin or how often we eat out. I'm doing the best I can though, and I'm making sure I squeeze in a workout each day. I did miss Sunday because of the long drive and then needing to get groceries when we got here.
Things I'm doing well - not letting being in a cabin on a STEEEEEEP hill stop me from getting runs in . . . they're not the typical runs I would normally do - no 3 milers this week - but hill training is good for you, right? Continuing the 30 day Ab Challenge . . . today was day 19. Drinking my water.
Things I'm not doing so hot on - grazing on snacks throughout the day.
Goals for the coming week - still going to be vacationing, so I'm going to continue my hill training, continue my ab challenge, make good choices when eating out, eat only snacks I feel good about adding to my tracker, and lose at least another pound.
