BLC 22 Week 2 - Reflection

Down one more pound! It's been a struggle because I'm on vacation with my husband's family. I don't have much control over the food that is in the cabin or how often we eat out. I'm doing the best I can though, and I'm making sure I squeeze in a workout each day. I did miss Sunday because of the long drive and then needing to get groceries when we got here.

Things I'm doing well - not letting being in a cabin on a STEEEEEEP hill stop me from getting runs in . . . they're not the typical runs I would normally do - no 3 milers this week - but hill training is good for you, right? Continuing the 30 day Ab Challenge . . . today was day 19. Drinking my water.

Things I'm not doing so hot on - grazing on snacks throughout the day.

Goals for the coming week - still going to be vacationing, so I'm going to continue my hill training, continue my ab challenge, make good choices when eating out, eat only snacks I feel good about adding to my tracker, and lose at least another pound.

    AMAZING to lose a pound on vacation!! And not letting those hills stop you!! You are wonder woman!!! Keep it up!! Oh - for the snacks - measure your portion, and eat from that! Might help? AT least it would solidify it in your mind how much you're allowing yourself to have, and you know that when it's gone, it's done? Just a thought. (I can talk...I'm not on vacation! Ha!) Keep having a great time!! :-)

    its hard to plan when going or on vacation, things come up.

    I like your plan especially about only snacks that you would be ok adding to your tracker. emoticon Keep up the good work!
