1. Ran. And it felt GREAT.
2. Got my water in.
3. Read a book in the sunshine.
4. Remembered to put sunscreen on first.
5. One more day of work and then 4 off.
6. Saw the guy (just passed him driving) and didn't call or cry.
7. Made granola bars. They rock.
8. I might actually be in bed by 10:30.
9. Talked to my sister for a few today.
10. The "Cruise" song... make me wanna roll my windows down... and cruuuuise.

    Martha... 2 cups oats, 2 cups nuts/seeds (i use chopped almonds, pepitas, and milled flax) 1 cup chopped dried fruit (cherries, apricots, apples, coconut..whatever, mine are a different mix every time), 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup peanut or nut butter, 1 tsp vanilla.

    Toast the nuts and oats for 5 minutes or so @ 350, just enough to get em warm.

    Mix with the dried fruit in a mixing bowl

    In saucepan while dry mix is toasting in oven, melt the brown sugar into the honey on low heat. Once its smooth, add the vanilla, turn off heat, add nut butter and stir until creamy.

    Pour into mixing bowl and stir until everything is coated evenly.
    Press into greased 9x11 pan, bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, until edges start to turn golden.

    Cool, cut into strips.

    (sometimes i sprinkle chocolate chips on the top when they first come out so they melt.. wait for them to set up again before you cut em up)
