Focus on Me: Training

Today was another great session with the trainer. I was teasing her today, saying that I saw her face on the 15 pound medicine ball that she had me slam 20 times. emoticon

Picture this:
3 cones each with a medicine ball next to it - first one 15lbs, next 12lb, and last 10lbs.
What I did: shuffle from the wall to cone and back twice, then pick up first ball (15lbs) and slam it 20 times. Repeat with other two cones and medicine balls. ugh!
Then there was reverse lunges with bicep curls, planks, side dips, reverse flies, lateral raises with squats and some other fun things. emoticon

Work is very busy and there's a lot going on so the last few days I haven't been meeting my 10K step goal and all my fitbit friends have passed me. emoticon
But fortunately fitbit recalculates on a 7-day average so there's always next week.

Have not been great on food this week. Eating out too much. Trying to make good choices but not always successful.

Tomorrow my goals are:
10K steps
30 mins me time
Stay in calorie range
