That is exactly how I felt today. I just couldn't get enough to eat for some reason. I've done pretty well today. My calories are in range, but I did not eat as healthy as I could have. I just wanted some of the foods that I've deprived myself for a week. Tomorrow will be better, and I will eat healthier. I also weigh in tomorrow. I hope I didn't blow it too badly. Hoping for -2lbs. With all of the hard work and exercise, it would be nice for it to be more. Had a great work out today. I lifted weights, and was able to walk a mile in under 15 minutes! My trainer challenged me and I'm thinking that he didn't think I could do it. He went to the back room and started eating his dinner. When I came back there after my mile, well let's just say the look on his face was priceless. I did get a good stretching out though as a reward!
