Defining Doctor's Visit!

Wednesday, June 19, 2013

Well, I just got back, from the Doctor's. I weighed in at 315lbs. That is way too much! I see the doctor on 7/3/2013, so we'll see what the scale says.

My highest weight (ever) was 330lbs. I am never gonna weigh that much, again. I am dead serious about this! I don't ever want to be that close to 400lbs again!

I owe it to myself, to do the best for my body. I am ready, for this challenge. I accept it, willingly, as there's no other alternative.

That is why I found SparkPeople. I was tired of my doctor complaining and I didn't want to weigh more than the previous visit. I determined to lose 10 pounds by my next. That was last year, a year later I have lost 100 pounds and feel so much better! My doctor is thrilled and is dumbfounded at every visit! Some times you just have to draw a line and say no higher than here! Originally it was only 10, I continued because of the motivation and support I found here! You are on the right track, keep up your hard work and your doctor can't complain. Best of all you will feel so much better and have so much more energy!
