Irritated, but I know I gotta calm the frack down....

So, I'm irritated lol

I was too tired to do my first at-home full body strength training. I'm too shy and feel too stupid to use the gym to lift weights. I'm just going to have to make a decision - if I'm not motivated enough to to my work at home, I will have to get over myself and get some help for the gym. Buh.

Next, I ran the day before but had some small splurges within my calorie range. I don't know which it was, but I'm up a little over a pound today. I know weight fluxes and maybe I'm building muscle. I vaguely remember going through this when I first started 5k training in 2010. Aaaaah well.....I just have to push through. I feel damn good though, besides from the normal "back in the saddle" pains. Still irritated though lol I know I need to knock it off, it's part of the process....I'm eating decent, but I'm slacking on my whole wheat/brown rice :P.
