I feel much better than I did. My fitness is mostly measured by how well I'm riding my bike and at the moment I feel strong, fast (for me) and like no challenge would be too much.
I do however have a history of depression and it comes back to bug me on a regular basis. Cycling always lifts my mood for a while. Sometimes it's only the thought of the 16 mile commute to work on my bike that gets me out of bed.
My weight varies by +- 5 lb depending on my glycogen store levels and hydration but it is the trend over time that counts.
