So yesterday I got up and had a very hurt knee. I didn't go to the gym and I overate by 40 calories. Seriously I think I need to recalculate my intake goals. That many calories seems like way too many. Anyway, today I got up ate my pre-gym food and took some ibuprofen for my knee (which wasn't hurting as bad as yesterday, but still burning a little). Went to the gym and did my best 45 minutes to date. My knee is warm, but not hurting. Me and all of my neighbor ladies are taking our kids to the park today. It's only a few blocks away, but there is my chance to get some more exercise in while playing with my favorite little people.
