2nd day, week 1

Get ripped in 30!
Intensity level, mixed. But I definitely did more today than Monday.
**Tuesday did not happen, the lil man got up and helped me get the kids on the bus, then our morning routine must take place. Then he went down for a nap, as the kids got home from school.

Energy level today, 3/10 emoticon
Start time 7:40am
I was able to do one round on the running man, but then my heart was pounding and I was lightheaded, so I sank deep and punched the rest of the time.
By the end of that "fat" was dripping off me emoticon
By the time the front lunges came around, I was in need of some water! emoticon
I pushed through and finished.
End time 8:15.
By the end I was awake and energized! And in serious need of a shower.... But I made it farther today.

I still cannot do regular push-ups, my SC and collarbone will not allow it. So I do them standing up, at a slight incline.
My eating habits haven't changed to what they recommend with this fitness program. When we go shopping this weekend, I will have the menu printed. Pray the family likes the changes...
Last day of school is tomorrow. July 8 starts Zumba at 5:30 am, once a week for a month. Whew! :-D
