I found a way to get in 10 minutes of exercise at work. I work on the 3rd floor so I have started walking down the stairs, down the hall and back, then up the stairs. I keep repeating for 10 minutes. I may increase to 15 minutes starting next week. It gives me a chance to get away from my desk for a bit, emoticon just an added plus!
