Still on track!

It is day 6 and I am still on track. I have to admit, I am somewhat surprised. I've done well with me eating today. Everything is on track! I'm nursing a sore knee and ankle so haven't exercised today. I'm feeling quite tired, too....but am feeling good about my diet. I know there is room for improvement, but I am doing it! AND it feels good!

    Good for you And you know this is a program of progress and not perfection. And don't count on anyone who tries to say they are perfect. Perfect died and rose again! emoticon

    Woo hoo! Good for you! You can stay on track :-) Sorry about your knee and soreness- take care, Realize that success is 80% diet and only 20% exercise. You can do this! emoticon

    I hope your knee and ankle feel better soon. It's a good idea to rest it. Now if I could just remember which it is, put ice on it or heat???, I could give you much better advice.
