Tuesday WW Weigh In and Weekly Progress

Weigh In this week was good - released another 1.2 lbs! That was even after indulging a bit on the weekend. Father's day we had my Dad and his wife for dinner with my brother and sister-in-law. Did great with dinner, but also had drinks and appetizers. Friday night my planned fish and salad became take out cheese burger and onion rings. Something about Fridays - tired and don't feel like cooking.

I have noticed that when I stick to SWAMI, I lose weight easier. This past week I had two hamburgers and a pork chop - avoids for me. Even though two of those days I was within my calorie / point range I was up a bit the next day. Great feedback for sticking to my beneficial / neutral foods.

I had to go to the mall this afternoon. My black capris were too old and the elastic was starting to wear. I took a 12 and 14 into the change room - and came out with the 12s. No muffin top! Yes, they are stretchy - my favourite kind still. Woohoo! My next purchase is going to be a bathing suit. Maybe Friday or next week I will shop for that. We are having algae issues with our pool, so it isn't ready for swimming yet, but will be soon.

This week my goal is to maintain. I am off for the rest of the week. DH's kids for dinner tomorrow night because they couldn't make it on Father's day. Thursday I am travelling to Sudbury. My grandfather is in the hospital and my neice is graduating grade 8. That will likely mean lunch and dinner being fast food. We are expecting friends from Barrie for the weekend - again more dining and drinking. I will have to make sure to get lots of activity in between everything.
