Yesterday vs Today

I followed the Shred diet great! Even following it, I feel that I am getting too many carbs. But it is low fat and I'm getting enough protein so I guess that is where the other cals have to come from.

I did not do any exercise like I should have. But I did do about an hour of housework where I was very active.

Today I'm doing ok. I haven't eaten everything necessary yet but that is ok. They say at least eat some of it. I think I missed one snack, no big deal. I wasn't hungry anyway. My new fave lunch? Honey roasted turkey breast slices, thin slice swiss cheese, tomato slice, and a tsp of mayo. Yummm! I wish I could eat that everyday for lunch! But this diet forces you to vary your meals.

I'll be honest. I probably won't get to working out today. I have to get rid of the negative attitude. I'm going out for a while. Maybe I'll feel guilty enough to work out when I get home? Not guilty from eating or drinking, guilty for lack of exercise.
