I let my feelings interfere with my journey, I want to lose weight yesterday and when it doesn't happen that way, I make sure it doesn't happen by eating the wrong things, not exercising etc., crazy huh

    I was able today to walk up a 700 step hill without having to stop and rest, have never been able to do that, I continued on after reaching the top and did not stop, i'm trying to be healthy and to have stamina and i'm doing that, wow

    I will be on vacation next week, and I so don't want to come back having regained all the weight I've lost, not much but I don't want to see it again, I have to exercise moderation in the eating, and also push myself to move more, have to do it, dallas

    Been there done that. I still do in once in a while. Just pick yourself up and keep on trying. I still am not losing much but will not give up entirely. You can do it.
