HMMM. . . . NSV'S

So as of late I've had a few NSV's that I've not really shared and I thought today I'd take a moment to do so.

1) At the Dungeon we set our 1,000 meter row time about 3 weeks ago; then it took me 3.42.4 min to complete it; this last week we redid our rows and my new time is 3.21.2 shaving 0.21.2 off my original time, woo hoo!!!!

2) At the bakeshop the jackets are sized and seperated accordingly liek in the store; however the pants are not and their tags tend to be rather faded so you need to generally take 2 pair just in case one doesn't fit. Well I pulled a pair, stretched the waist and thought ok that might work, grabbed a second pair and did the same and noticed the tag wasn't exactly faded away and it showed the pants to be a Medium, hmmm can I wear these, lol.

Well back into the ladies locker room I go to change and low and behold I was able to not only pull the mediums up but they were comfortable and none restrictive when it came to bending and such. Woo hoo I can wear a medium pant!!!!

3) reflecting on my weight lose is strange. I started 9 years ago at approx 290 lbs; weighed rough 200-220 most of my late teens/early 20s and wore a 22 pant/skirt and a 22-24 top with a 46-48D bra, oops TMI. Now I weigh 230 and wear a 16 pant which is quite loose, some older skirts that are 22's because I haven't gone shopping and tops that are a large or an extra large. Amazing how redefining a weight changes the size.

I have a 2x Mickey Mouse zip front sweatshirt that I can wrap around myself making each half of Mickey chase the other, lol. I think this weekend its time to do some clothes browsing, don't really have the money to buy but would love to see where I am at. I have a co-worker who's given me some clothes including a size 18 dress that only puckers right under the boobs and that is it, it feels nice. My oh my how far I've come.

4) while doing modified pushups I'd be lucky to do 5 straight and I can now to 15 straight and am working on that regularlly so I can get to standard military pushups.

Ok, back to work. Today is an endurance training day as the Warrior Dash is fast approaching!!!! Eleven days and counting
