Mix it up Monday

I decided to mix things up at the gym again on Monday. Zumba is too crowded on Mondays and it was sunny today, so it was probably hot in the aerobic room. My DD and I worked out. I started out with some strength training for my flabby arms and then did 20 minutes on the bike. I am so proud of her, she did 20 minutes on the elliptical. I can only do 10 minutes. I am down to three days of work. emoticon I moved the kids files from one drawer to the next, so I was getting some workout at work too.

    good for you .... strength training is definitely good for our "wings" .... I have been lax the last month and I can see the wiggle come back !! ugh emoticon
