After a miracle recovery with my knees, I managed to get W4D3 in yesterday with C25K. While I will still continue frequently walking and working on C25K, I'm not going to focus on other cardio, such as the bike, 30 Day Shred, and tabata. I don't want to get hurt, so I need to give my body frequent rests! However, I will continue incorporating pilates, yoga, abs, and weight training, in order to become stronger and more flexible.
Eventually I would love to complete a program like 30 Day Shred, or even one of the 90 day programs out there. I just don't see it as safe and feasible while I'm learning to run.
I need to learn how to push myself to a reasonable limit without breaking. While I want to go full throttle, my body is clearly telling me that it's a bad idea.
