Mixed level of intensity. Jillian Micheals 30 day shred.
Thinking of doing it... Make sure you have something in your tummy first!!
Start time 7:10am
Energy level 4 out of 10

Too winded by 2nd cardio running man! I sank deep into a squat and punched for one minute and thirty seconds.
Just getting down to the side planks, the little man wakes and needs his mommy... Pause the DVD. Did 26 on right and 25 on right... Whew my flanks aka fat rolls over the pants were aching! SWEAT IS DRIPPING at this point, to all parts uncomfortable, lol emoticon my heart rate is elevated, pumping hard. Feels good.
After I get the baby settled in the morning routine, about 5 minutes I am not as winded and attempt to continue.
I get through a. Bit more, lunges I HATE LUNGES I begin to feel light headed , dizzy and nauseous. Stop time, this is when I realize I didn't make my strawberry, kiwi, mango smoothie! Duh!!! So I almost made it! Did the final abs session and some stretching. I will attempt this again today, once the lil guy is down for his nap and when I feel my energy draining. I have made a note to what cardio I have yet to make up. I am 7 pounds from a goal..a hair cut!!
I drank about 32 oz before and during this workout! Water is never a problem for me... Food it, I don't eat. Funny, I am 40+ pounds overweight, but I don't eat.
Ok smoothie and shower time!

ROCK IT OUT TTHIS MONDAY! You can do anything, you just have to start it.

I may not have lost weigh, but my endurance is much much improved! I recoup faster each time I do anything! emoticon
