June Goals

Well here I am back from vacation. I'm so proud that I only gained like two pounds back. Those are gone already but I still feel ick from being back home. I was mindful while on vacation about what I was eatting. I also had multiple photo shoots so the blood got pumping :) Vacation was so relaxing and it felt AMAZING to create art again. Soon as I got off the plane in Baltimore though the stress returned. I started work on my comic/novel again just to try and deal with the usual stuff. So here's hoping I can keep going with my progress.

To keep with my progress here's the plan:

- continue scanning/going through boxes, slowly work on Visual Motivation
- research for story at least an hour a day
- go for walk at least three times a week (this may increase since my mother will finally be returning to work next week)
-Dvd at least twice a week
-Track Track Track
-keep with the 8 hours of sleep (i think its actually helping my complexion)
