Happy Father's Day!

I hope everyone had a great Father's Day!

It was very difficult to stay on track with all of the food around today. I did have some popcorn that I didn't track yet, and that is going to put me over. But I did keep my cholesterol down, and I did get some exercise in, so it is all good, and not as bad as it could have been.

    I took DH out to eat at one of his favorites, Longhorn. I ordered a steak, but only ate half of it (3 oz) and ordered my sweet potato plain, the way I like it without all that sugar and butter. So good that you were able to exercise!
