why i want to loose weight?
to be fitter and healthy for myself and my family.to set an example for my children especially my oldest son who has a weight problem as well.to prove to myself and other people that anything is possible once you made your mind up to do it,make the commitment and follow through on it.though this journey has taken longer than i thought it would to arrive at my destintion i still have to realise that this will never end and that this new way of life(healthy eating and fitness)is forever and i will always have to be dilligent in what i do and eat.the beauty of it all is to make it easier by make it a habit,automatic so that it doesn´t seem the hard work it actually is.i know it can be done i see it all the time here on sp.i just have to see it in me.sometimes i do sometimes i don´t lol.well that is another bingo square cvrossed off only a few more to go to get a wipe out.here´s to makeing a commitment to ourselfs and our life and here to sticking to that committment.who is with me?we can do this?
