And the knees have it

Sunday, June 16, 2013

I had an incident with a pair of shoes which have been now retired, on Thursday. My right knee was the most aggrieved of the two emoticon But, now I seem to be better. I plan to start working out again tomorrow. The good news is that I haven't gained any weight. My diet is getting better. I haven't had any diet snafus since Wednesday. I've been focusing on vegetarian style proteins, veggies, and high fiber low GI carbs (whole fruits and high fiber bread).

Last week I had three good workouts. I did a meditation emoticon almost everyday. I've been working on improving my energy, stamina, and focus. I have been fighting exhaustion emoticon this past week.

Plan for this week:

1. Continue with meditations emoticon
2. Continue with homemade, South Beach Style eats emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
3. Continue logging my food on Spark emoticon
4. Continue with AM workouts emoticon
5. Continue with fish oil emoticon and kelp

1. Add the AM workouts before breakfast at about 6:30 am emoticon
2. Add counting calories emoticon
3. Add more fat to my diet, especially coconut oil emoticon
4. Add one green smoothie every other day emoticon
5. Add yoga every other day emoticon

Here is my tentative rotation for the next week:
Sunday: Rest emoticon
Monday: Hike emoticon + Stretch Max
Tuesday: Original emoticon Step Reebok; Gary Bromley emoticon Yoga Class
Wednesday: Taebo (20) MMA Box (30); Lunar Yoga emoticon
Friday: Hike emoticon + Stretch Max;
Saturday: Kathy Smith Tummy Trimmer + Cardio Time Saver (40 min.)
