So, here's the plan

Okay. To stay on track with my goal I need to loose two pounds in the next two weeks. This is completely do-able.

I am broke, broke, broke for the next four days. Hopefully, I can scavenge enough healthful foods to last. I have some chicken breasts and fish in the freezer. I might buy some more veggies and soups to keep me going.

But, this brings me to the plan: exercise. I have been taking it easy on exercise since my hip has been hurting, but now that I have seen a physical therapist and have some exercises (and know exercise is okay) I am ready to sweat!

Here are some of my mix and match workouts for the next 14 days (choose 2 a day):
30 minutes elliptical
30 minutes exercise bike
30 minutes Wii Exerbeat (best ever!)
30 minutes fast walk in the neighborhood
30 minutes "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD
30 minutes Spark Exercise Videos

I can't wait to get started!
