Didn't Derail and have a train wreck this weekend

Since the beginning of the year I have been starting and stopping SP. I would do great for a week or two then the weekend hit and I would derail my success all in one day or even one meal. So this weekend has passed and I feel great because I have no desire to derail myself. I don't want to back track (one step forward and 3 back ugh) which is what I have been doing. I am not a yo-yo I am a person who wants to be healthy and happy!
Today presents another day for me to take it one day at a time to eat right and track it all (if I consume it I write it), drink my water (as I sip), have my fruits and veggies (2 so far today) and hopefully I will motivate myself to walk today or use my stepper whatever works!
No more train wrecks on the weekend. I know the holiday is coming up but I am already planning on what I am grilling for me!
