Completed W3 of the 'Tame your sweet tooth'

Yesterday was the last day of W3 of my 'Tame your sweet tooth' challenge.
Lets see how the week went
Day 1 - Bad! Ate a pastry
Day 2,3,4,5 - Good
Day 6 - Went over. 6 tsp instead of the 3 I wanted to consume.
Day 7 - Terrible. I had a buffet lunch and pigged on ice cream and other desserts. I don't even know how much sugar I consumed.

So, 4 out of 7. An improvement over W2 where I had 3 out of 7 good days. Obviously, I have a lot of work to do but improvement is encouraging.
More importantly, I am now aware of a lot of facts about sugar and I make it a point to read the sugar labels when I consider any packaged food item.
As I discovered, Saturday and Sunday are the worst days when it comes to portion control.
