longest walk ever today! (recorded anyway!) 5.13 miles.... usually just do a 2 + mile cooldown after working out... yeah! i did it! my bum ankle is defintiely feeling it, but i pushed through. if i don't push me, who will? don't forget to be your best cheerleader, if you are off the couch you are ahead of those who are still sitting!
