This weeks Positives and Negatives :) June 9th to the 15th

Well did my walk today and I cut the grass as that burns calories also so I feel good :)

I had special k for breakfast today and low fat cottage cheese and a banana :)
For lunch I had celery and asparagus and piece of 12 grain bread. Yum
Supper I am gonna have a quiznos turkey sub and if I want either a apple or air popped popcorn for a snack.
I went for a 68 min walk and burned 201 calories and did 3.10 miles today.

This weeks totals:

Junes exercise minutes so far: 554
Junes Miles for June: 23.24
So almost there for half of my miles last month :)

My blood sugar average for this week so far is 7.9 Want it to be down to 7.0 It can get there I know.
I will try to get the blood pressure meter from upstairs sometime to see how my blood pressures doing. We need to get a blood pressure meter for down here soon. As both me and my boyfriend can use it.

Next week I want to do better with my water and get in my veggies more. Eat my celery and asparagus but I want to buy spinach also cause its good for diabetics and see how that goes. And get some broccoli also as thats good for diabetics also. And also eat more apples lol a apple a day keeps the dr away. :)
