Day 10: Fail

So after all the jumping, dancing, singing and gyrating that I have done this week I GAINED 2 pounds! UGH.

I really did well with my eating; however, I believe the culprit was late night eating.

Our VBS ran from 6:00p-8:30p, I didn't get off work until 5:00p and had a 40 minute drive to the church. So I was always pushing it to get to the church and arrive most days with 10-15 minutes to spare before VBS started. Once it started, I was in the sanctuary working with the kids music until 8:30.

If I got a couple minute break between classes, I wold sneak to the fellowship hall and make a little to go box with cucumbers, strawberries, cantaloupe, apples and grapes. I would eat this on my way home after VBS.
But once I got home, I was still hungry because I really hadn't eaten anything since lunch other than what was in the to go box. So I would make a sandwich with Planter's Nutrition Cinnamon Raisin PB spread (love that stuff) on an Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat with Flax & Fiber Sandwich round. So it wasn't a horrible meal, it was just eating it at 9:30pm that I think caused my fail. :( BOOOOOO.

But its ok. You win some, you lose some. This week I lost. But I plan to kick it up a notch and hopefully lose what I gained and then some more.

I just took a quick 20 minute walk down the hill to the bookstore. It was nice to get out of the office for a few minutes. I have a girls night tonight with a couple friends and I've already made plans on what I am going to eat so that's settled.

Tomorrow the Mr. has golf with his buddies and I plan to go for a run and then down to the pool where I will relax and enjoy the sunshine.
