So I'm starting again... that's better than giving up!!!

I have learned that when my routine goes off schedule, or my meal plan is forced off schedule, that I just put everything off schedule and eat and eat and eat. So, now I am looking for a way to be flexible when life happens *and* to remain in my calorie range. This might be tricky. I do, however, now know where my biggest problem spot is, and that is a large part of the bulge battle... I now know my enemy!!!

Weight, be off with you!!!

    I have had the same problem in the past. Now, I just try to go with the flow and do the best I can to eat well and get back on schedule for eating and exercising as soon as possible. The good thing is that you aren't giving up and that you are trying to find a way to be flexible with everything while trying to stay in your calorie range. emoticon emoticon
