Forward 3 steps, backward 2...

It feels like a dance - this figuring out food allergies. Okay, so I splurged and went crazy a couple of days ago... didn't have any allergic type reactions, so kept a couple of things in my diet... and my digestive system was awful yesterday! So, I'm back to square 1. Since I had both wheat and dairy, I don't know which (hopefully not BOTH!) caused the issues... so I'm back to nothing. Of course, I didn't have any rice etc made, so it's a fruit and veggie day. Not really excited about it, but felt miserable enough to do it. lol

Clouds came in last night and even had a touch or rain overnight, but the sun was working it's way out when I left for work and they're saying it's going to be a beautiful weekend... Here's hoping!

Today I am back to gluten free and dairy free. I'll stick with this for a week or so and then introduce one again and see what happens... fingers crossed!
Oh, I've also been tracking everything (including how I feel) for 10 days now. And highlighting what I think MAY be the cause of anything negative, then removing it for a few days and trying again.
I see an allergist July 20th, but I'm learning a lot from this...

I have to go gluten free if I want to avoid bad stomach aches and joint pain. Dairy doesn't bother me so much, but nonetheless I have swapped regular milk for almond milk, and use coconut milk in lieu of cream when I make ice cream. Food sensitivities are NO FUN! emoticon

Have you tried the gluten free stuff???
Maybe try Almond milk instead of cow's milk??
Keeping a list of everything you have eaten helps(which I am sure you know) I have a friend that did this with her younger daughter and found out it was corn....she can not have any corn products!
    Good luck!!!
