Paleo Day 1

I won't even talk about the ten pounds I've gained in the past year, and the 5 inches I've gained around my waist. It's sad, but I'm moving on. I'm going to be 45 in August, and I've got to get control. My weight this morning starting fresh was 219.4.
Carbs have been my nemesis, but I've had trouble doing without completely and doing South Beach, so I'm going to try Paleo, which I believe lets you have potatoes but no corn. (And I so love fresh corn in the summer boo) I am still not sure whether I can have beans yet. I've heard mixed reports. I'm working on researching it.
Breakfast: I ate two eggs scrambled with fresh spinach and mushrooms mixed in. I added a touch of feta.
Lunch: Tuna with spinach, cucumbers, tomato, onion, bell paper. Mayo and a little thousand island dressing.
