First Full Day

Yesterday I became a member here after I saw a picture of myself, that was unflattering. As unflattering as that picture may be, it was my wake up call. I have been talking about getting back on the fitness track for quite sometime, but I didn't have the motivation to do so. So the picture did it. I'm motivated. Last night, I planned out my breakfast and lunch ideas, and plugged them in to the tracker, and was pleasantly surprised, that I wasn't going to be feeling "deprived", by eating what I wanted. Granted, I probably made some healthier choices then had I not started here, but small steps are just as important as the bigger ones. I know I'm in the honeymoon phase here, but I'm excited about being here, meeting new people, who are like me, and want to be the healthiest that we can be. Day 1 has gone very well, and I'm looking forward to day 2!
