Can a person eat too many bananas> At what point does one start looking like a banana? Are bananas addicting? I eat at least two a day. So does hubby. They have a wealth of healthy benefits, here are a few of them (see all 25 ways they are good for you here foodmatters.tv/articles-

OK so we've all learned a bit about bananas? Why, you ask, is she going on and on about bananas? Why because I just ate one! emoticon

Now...a Turtle Update. I saw both turtles in the pond last night. So Crush made it back from ever she had wandered off too. I slept better last night knowing she was home and safe. emoticon

I ate alone last night, hubby was at a meeting. He got home about 6:30 so I then had to make his dinner. Left over KFC (I had the same)! The sodium showed up on the scale this morning, it showed i was up 3 lbs. Now I know I didn't eat THAT much, that I would gain those 3 lbs, so it has to be the old sodium thing. I'm thinking tacos for dinner tonight. Oh and I was just over calories last night.

Hubby called me a bit ago, he has to work OT tomorrow (10 hrs!). In Laughlin! That's 99 mile away and takes 90 mins to get there. The money is better then good, but I always worry about him when he's on the road like that. emoticon

Got 56 mins in on the elliptical today, while watching last Monday's esp of Defiance from Google Play. Love that show!

One last banana fact...they grow strawberry flavored bananas in Hawaii.

OK that's it for me...everyone have a great rest of today!

Well, what it doesn't say up there is that bananas are fairly high in carbs. They make my sugar spike like crazy. Could it be that there's too much sugar in them to have more than one a day? Don't know if that would affect your weight that much, but bananas are one of those foods that seem to affect mine. Hugs, Calen~
