I must agree with the previous posters, one small change at a time. Make it a habit, then add another step. What works for you? Only you can find out. Have fun figuring it out. If something isn't working, find something else.
Try taking baby steps into healthy living. Start with reading helpful articles. Then move in on learning to plan you daily meals. Stick to them as best you can. Use a journal to help you see yourself and to figure out what you need to do. Be positive with yourself. Use the Spark Community and even Spark Coach may help you. You are alone in learning to live healthy and losing weight. We all have gone through what you are experience. Be perseverant with you plans. Don't do everything at once.
