I stopped dieting put switch to a life style I exercise and work with the things I like doing I eat whot I like in modified portion Stay with my Diet range Put this is only a part of my life Not whot I think about all day long I can slip puts that an opps I am not a bad person put made a small mistake I cut out most sugar Eat 95 percent good healthy food and ones in a while can have a serving of fating foods food in small serving 3 meals a day and a class of milk at bed time I feel good and am losing weight with no hardship Trust in God to put the right spirit in you.Learn to be whot you can be
