Well - I had a loss this week! I ended up losing .4 pounds. In and of itself, probably doesn't sounds like a big deal, but it is the 7th week in a row that I have had a loss!! They can't all be big losses, and I am just thrilled to have lost for another week!
I ended up with over 300 minutes of fitness this week. Not all great fitness either. But, I have added to my streak, which is a great thing! So I am still on with both streaks - having at least 10 minutes a day, and a minimum of 20 minutes 5 times a week for the BLC streak!
I am finding that one of my huge downfalls was definitely nutrition. I have always tracked - on paper. BUT - my team encouraged us to really think about every Bite, Lick, and Taste. Once I started reflecting on that, my eyes were very open. For example: my kids like mac-n-cheese (ya know, out of a box), and I took a couple of bites. I started to think about how much I thought it was measured out...and it turns out it was 100 calories! In just a few bites! Those kinds of things can really add up!
For the upcoming week, I'm going to do all of the team and weekend challenges. They encourage me to workout every day. This weekend challenge will also encourage freggie usage! I like the rainbow freggie challenges....I always forget how much I love certain freggies when I'm not in the midst of one.
This week I'm going to focus on some ST. I let this week be what it was, but it's time to get it added in there. I am going to stay within my calorie limit. Exercise will be a daily thing.
Week one was a great week!! Looking forward to week two!! :-)
