i have been watching Dr. Oz since Monday. The things he has said i have been doing for two days now and they have been helping so far.
I am a box person which mean i can't loose all of my body weight. To bust up my metablism so i can loose my weigh, i have to eat seaweed, shrimp and sunflower seeds.
The extra things that will kick up your metablism is to eat a spice mix, grapfruit, jalipinoes, and sardines.
Yesterdays show was about how to deal with stress. I am a explosive stress person. If i am stressed out i yell and care on. He suggested that we take a sanghi ginsing suppliment to help with the stress.
If you are a bloter which i am sometimes he say's to eat yougert which contains live culter for two week or take a prebiotoc herb.
Todays i haven't watched but did record it i am gonna watch it tommarow i will let you now how that turned out
