Lost 3 lbs!

Got on the scale today and I have lost 3 lb.s from last Wednesday! That is a great motivator to keep pecking away on watching the Carbs and calories. I really am glad I decided to take advantage of going to meet with the dietician last week. She gave me some good ideas and a fresh plan for losing the weight and getting back on track.

Breakfast with my mom today. Is just pouring here in MN now. It does slack off some, but then it starts right back up. Don't think the lawn will get cut today! And don't think any antennas will be going up today either.
