Vegan Pizzas #52 and #53

Well, I've done my year of pizzas. A new pizza every week for a year, but I'm not done yet. the ideas keep on coming, so there' s more to come!
Last week I made 2 pizzas. This one is a 4-mushroom pizza. It's made with portobellas, those Asian mushrooms whose name Spark won't let me post, but it starts with 'sh", oyster mushrooms and white button mushroons. I sauteed them a little Earth Balance "butter" with some minced garlic, then piled it all on a whole wheat crust topped with Daiya mozzarella.
The other one was a whole wheat crust with a little red sauce, some Daiya mozzarella, and a big tangle of red onions and red, yellow and orange peppers, then i sprinkled some fresh basil over when it came out of the oven.
Delicious and I love those colors!!!
I can't believe that i couldn't post the name of a perfectly respectable mushroom----hilarious!!!
