Hoping for W4D2

On Monday, I managed to survive W4D1 of C25K. The biggest issue that I encountered was a dead mouse on the sidewalk - yuck! Otherwise, I jogged when I was supposed to jog, and walked the rest of the time. Tonight, I'll see how W4D2 goes.

I'm still discouraged about my weight since it is stuck at 125. I swear, it used to be so much easier to lose weight. I try to keep my calories in the 1200-1500 range, but I don't let myself starve either.

My legs and knees are sore from 30 Day Shred (or maybe from the run on Monday - who knows?). Motrin and BioFreeze have become part of my daily routine.

I wonder when (if ever) my jog will ever become a run. I suppose if I survive C25K, that will be my next goal.
