Be Strong today

I have now made it through 4 days of no mindless eating-that doesnt sound like much, but it's huge for me. I'm a snacker, and i love my sweets. The problem is, I don't have alot of willpower to stop. One bag of candy should not equal one serving. So i'm very proud of myself right now.
Today is going to be a challenge though, we are having a pot luck going away party at work-and there will be cake. I made a SparkRecipe to bring- a dip with lots of vegetables and wheat crackers to go with it. I think i'll check out the offerings, but I am bringing a healthy lunch anyway-if the spread looks too tempting, I will skip it and stick with the yogurt, cereal and fruit I'm bringing for snacks today.
