The past three days have been going fairly well. I'm down 4 lbs since Sunday, which sounds scarier than it is. TTOM had me bloated and puffy.
I've been tracking my calories and stayed within my range Sun and Mon. Today? Not so much. But I still tracked them and it helped keep me from totally binging. I didn't go too far over. The Food Tracker is my absolute favourite feature of SP.
I dislike exercise so I haven't been too motivated in that area. I did 30 mins on the treadmill on Sunday and haven't stepped on it since. All in good time. I'm counting calories and that's more than I was doing a week ago.
